Production Buddy is a set of free production-planning tools made by El Raven Productions. By creating an account or using Production Buddy, you agree to these terms. If you have a question about them, email info@elraven.com.

Your account

Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself.
You’re responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has got into it, set a new password straight away and tell us.
You need to be 13 or older to use Production Buddy.

Your work is yours

You own the productions and everything you put into Production Buddy. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run Production Buddy for you, for example to save it, back it up and show it to the people you share it with. Only upload material you have the right to use.

Using it fairly

Please don’t:

use Production Buddy for anything illegal, or to harass or harm anyone;
try to get into other people’s accounts or productions, or around our security;
overload, disrupt or copy the service, or use it to send spam.

Our part

We work to keep Production Buddy running and your work safe, but it’s provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything important: any production can be downloaded from the Project menu. As far as the law allows, El Raven Productions isn’t responsible for lost work or for indirect losses arising from using Production Buddy.

Turning accounts off

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts Production Buddy or other people at risk. You can stop using Production Buddy at any time, and ask us to delete your account and productions by emailing info@elraven.com.

Changes

We may change Production Buddy and these terms over time. We’ll update this page and the date at the top, and email members about significant changes. Using Production Buddy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
